Jet Prime is a luxurious business aviation lounge service, designed to offer an exclusive and highly personalised experience to passengers travelling on commercial airlines and private jets. It provides a tranquil and sophisticated environment where guests can relax and unwind before and after their flight.
We are located at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Mauritius.

Jet Prime provides a range of amenities including streamlined immigration and customs clearance, luggage handling, transfer to and from the aircraft, comfortable seating areas, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, exclusive duty-free products, shower facilities and a premium selection of food and beverages.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the lounge, in accordance with airport regulations and to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. Designated smoking zones are available outside the building.
As for dress code, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and respectfully, avoiding excessively casual attire such as swimwear or flip-flops is appreciated to maintain the lounge’s ambiance.
Jet Prime provides a VIP and personalised service to its clients. The arrival and departure lounge have a maximum capacity of 40 seating guests at one time, to relax and unwind. Arrival and departure formalities as well as check-in and check-out processes are done within the comfort of the lounge, which means no queuing up. Guests can choose from our selection of freshly-prepared gourmet food and premium beverages from the menu. A dedicated guest experience and lounge concierge is attributed to each guest or family which makes our service personalized.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our assistance to private jets includes mototok remote aircraft towing for enhanced safety and manoeuvrability, experienced staff with extensive expertise in handling the latest and world’s leading aircraft, secure location and state-of-the-art hangar as well as aircraft refuelling facilities and aircraft valeting. Our offerings include meticulous flight planning, coordinating clearances for overflight and landing, and arranging inflight catering.

Bookings for passengers travelling on a commercial airline should be made by latest 24 hours prior to the landing or take off time. During our peak season, namely December and January, we recommend that the booking is made well in advance.

Our services are available to passengers travelling on economy, business and first class.
Our services are bookable on whichever airlines guests are travelling with.
Children up to 5 years old are free of charge, while those aged from 6 to 11 years old pay a reduced price.
We cater for guests with reduced mobility, and special assistance is provided to them.
Any animal travelling to and from Mauritius has to abide to the airline and airport regulations and protocols. Necessary arrangements should be made with the parties concerned and prior approval sought.
